Pre-Order/Extended Turnaround items can be cancelled before goods arrive for store-credit only.

If the manufacturer decides not to produce a certain style you will be refunded your deposit/monies paid, or, if they do not ship that style to us for whatever reason, you will also be refunded your deposit/monies paid.

We are not responsible for Pre-Order/Extended Turnaround items that arrive late due to manufacturer delays. We consider the expected delivery date up through 30 days later than expected to still be "Acceptable & On Schedule".

Pre-order items in sizes up to, and including age 5 years are exchange-only. Items in larger sizes which are specially ordered in at the requests of the customers are completely excluded from our returns/exchange policy.
